Biography

“Life is what you make it”
If someone has said this to me even 10 years ago, I would have told him off as some New Age stuff. I was working as a CEO, perfectly in good health, have MBA and Finance degrees, great family…still I was not in right place. I was going down…to darker places. I did not talk to anyone about it, as I thought it’s my work stress or may be just part of life…..blah blah
That’s classic mental health trap- everything seems okay, but you only know that something is not right. And you are not ready to see it, accept it or seek help.

But then through a series of helpful events over few years, I got back on track. Literally from breakdown to breakthrough.
I came to know the ‘secret sauce’ of living the life you want.
The secret sauce even helped me to achieve some uncommon feats like running a federal campaign with no experience and least resources.
That’s what I wish to share with you.
Are you keen to know what that secret sauce is?

Achievements

Federal Campaign

I wanted to make ‘mental health’ one of the national priorities. The campaign really tested my own theory of emotional resilience.

2 Masters at 40

Completing 2 full time Masters at one time, while working part-time, was very demanding. It reassured me of my mental tenacity.
